Allow the sacred in…

Have you been feeling a little bogged down by negativity, hopelessness, or maybe just a stuck feeling?

Are you craving the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature?

Retreat to the hills where we will guide you through a series of mindful activities and open you to possibilities and release old patterns or energy.

Spend a weekend with an intimate group of five women surrounded by the beauty of the hill country and let the fresh air clear your mind for clear thinking.

Give yourself the opportunity to open pathways to deeper connection with yourself through body, mind and spirit focused experiences.

  • Lodging and five freshly prepared meals

  • Daily gentle movement and mindful meditation

  • Community acupuncture, sound healing, Reiki

  • Reflection sessions and community ritual

  • Hiking, bonfire, and community meals

  • Swimming hole, birds, and the fresh air of the hills!

  • A community of women opening to the wisdom and dance of nature

Your retreat includes…

People lying on mats on a wooden floor, with candles and bowls of liquid in the foreground, in a dimly lit room with wooden walls and furniture.
Nighttime backyard scene with string lights, a wooden house, and people sitting on the porch, surrounded by trees.

Nestle into Pucky Huddle Ranch

Pucky Huddle is 300 acres of sacred land about 2 hours west of San Antonio on a flowing creek. It is tucked away in a canyon near the end of a long dirt road. There is a rustic cabin with modest accommodations nestled on the side of a hill. This time of year there is beautiful hiking, plenty of places to sit and listen to nature, a nice warm fire and an opportunity for a very cold plunge into the spring-fed swimming hole.

A group of six women hiking on a trail surrounded by green bushes and trees in a mountainous area with hills in the background. They are smiling and appear to be enjoying the outdoor activity.

Hear from other NourishDeep and Pucky Huddle fans…

“I love the tools, the awareness… it’s given me a touchstone when I am hitting a struggle or challenge.”

“It was restful and restorative but it was continuous work -- the kind that matters.”

“It’s magical to do internal work among safe, wonderful, aligned women.”
