Conscious Connections: Deep Listening to Self & Others
When you learn to listen more deeply, you create the space to lead more consciously.
Leadership isn't just about what we say and do. It's about noticing what's happening within ourselves, understanding what others may be experiencing, and responding with intention rather than assumption.
In the pace of leadership, it's easy to move into autopilot—to listen while already preparing a response, overlook the signals from the body, or miss the emotions underneath our reactions.
What if deeper listening could change not only how you connect with others, but how you experience yourself as a leader?
Conscious Connections is a restorative leadership retreat that invites participants to slow down, tune in, and strengthen their capacity for meaningful connection—with themselves and others. Through emotional intelligence, somatic awareness, mindfulness, reflection, and deep listening practices, participants explore how the mind, body, and emotions can guide greater awareness, empathy, curiosity, and choice. These practices help leaders build the trust and psychological safety that allow people to speak honestly, listen openly, and bring more of themselves to the work.
Because leadership isn't just about being heard, it's about being present enough to truly listen.
Participants leave with:
Greater emotional intelligence and awareness of the thoughts, emotions, and physical signals that shape their responses.
Practical deep-listening practices to strengthen empathy, curiosity, connection, and trust.
Greater ability to pause, listen beneath the words, and respond with intention—creating stronger relationships and more psychologically safe environments.
Connection begins with listening.
